Community Outreach Opportunities
Bring Kaleideum to your next community event!
Kaleideum is proud to participate in community festivals, school events, neighborhood celebrations, and other public gatherings that connect families with opportunities to learn through play and discovery.
Request an Outreach Visit
To help us accommodate as many organizations as possible, outreach requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to your event. Requests are subject to staff availability.
Free Community Outreach
Our complimentary outreach option includes a staffed Kaleideum information table featuring resources about:
- Memberships
- Field trips
- Educational programs
- Upcoming events
- Museum experiences and offerings
This option is designed to help families and community members learn more about everything Kaleideum has to offer.
Add-On Interactive Activities
Looking for a more hands-on experience? Interactive activities may be added to your outreach visit for an additional fee.
$150 per activity
Available options include:
- Children’s art activity – featuring a take home craft
- Hands-on STEM activity – choose from robotics, hand held microscopes or active play
- Live science demonstration – experience electricity with our Van Der Graff generator or liquid nitrogen demonstrations
Multiple activities may be added based on staffing availability.

Complete the Outreach Request Form to tell us about your event. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible, as our calendar fills quickly.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. A member of the Kaleideum team will contact you to confirm scheduling and any applicable fees.
