Field trips are one of the best ways for children to learn — out in the world, hands busy, questions flying. And Kaleideum is built for exactly that.

Bring your campers, your preschoolers, your summer crew, or your after-school group to four floors of hands-on exhibits in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. They can build and test in By Design, make a splash in Wonders of Water, meet Huey the macaw in Our Nature, create in Try It! Studio, and play their way up to North Carolina’s only rooftop playground. It’s play-based learning, which is to say: the fun is the lesson.
