Kaleideum After Dark is Winston-Salem’s downtown social event that invites adults to experience the museum in a whole new way.
Held on the second Saturday of each month, each Kaleideum After Dark features a rotating theme, playful hands-on experiences, games woven throughout the exhibits, music, drinks, and unexpected moments of discovery.
It’s a night to explore, connect, and rediscover your curiosity—proving that learning and fun don’t end when you grow up.

We’re blending $5 Friday with Kaleideum After Dark—and adding the high-energy backdrop of Gears & Guitars’ Streets of Fire—for a night that’s part family outing, part street festival, and just a little unexpected.
Join us from 5–9:30 pm for an all-ages evening where admission is just $5 per person (free for members), and the vibe shifts as the night unfolds.
