Cam’s Coffee Co. is now open at Kaleideum inside the museum’s Kaleidoscope Café, bringing a delightful coffee experience to visitors while also creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Founded by Camden Myers at the age of 9, Cam’s Coffee Co. is proud to be the first social enterprise in the Piedmont Triad dedicated to providing supportive employment for individuals with disabilities. Through the partnership with Kaleideum, Cam’s is able to offer employment opportunities both at Cam’s Coffee and inside the museum, serving as a model for inclusive employment practices in the community.

“At Cam’s Coffee Co., we’re all about teamwork and making a difference in our community,” shared Camden Myers, the 15-year-old founder of Cam’s Coffee Co. “Working together with Kaleideum lets us help more people with disabilities succeed and feel welcome here.”

Guests can expect a menu featuring a wide range of traditional favorites, including lattes, whipped coffee, smoothies, and frappés. Additionally, the extensive kids’ menu ensures that families of all ages can enjoy a delicious treat together. Plus, families can take advantage of family-friendly discounts, such as an “I Lost My First Tooth” special offer.

Cam’s Coffee Co. at Kaleideum will operate Tuesday through Friday from 9 am-3 pm and Saturday from 10 am-3 pm. The Kaleidoscope Café also offers snacks and drinks that can be purchased at the self-serve check-out station. Cam’s Coffee Co. has a separate check-out station for their coffees and other treats.
