Kaleideum’s coolest feature exhibit is back! Chill out with winter fun in Ice Venture. This hands-on, family-friendly exhibit invites visitors to discover the magic of icy adventures without bundling up outdoors.

Slide into the fun with sock skating across a smooth indoor “rink,” ice fish inside a pretend ice hut, or team up for a playful snowball fight. Build your very own igloo, and don’t miss climbing aboard our ice resurfacing machine (pint-sized for toddlers).
One of the stars of Ice Ventures is Yuki, a real taxidermy polar bear whose name means “snow” in Japanese. Visitors can compare their hand size to a polar bear’s massive paw and discover just how big these Arctic giants really are.
Photo opportunities abound, including charming spots where kids can become penguins or sit on a snowman’s lap— perfect moments to capture holiday card ready images! Ice Venture is open now and runs through January.
Ice Venture is “snow” much fun … be sure to visit before it melts away!
